Howdy everyone! My name is Brittney, an Atlanta, Georgia native with a zest for life and a passion for travel. My story starts like most travel bloggers you see: wake up at 6:30 AM, at work by 8 AM, off by 5 PM, eat dinner, shower, go to bed by 10 PM. Lather. Rinse. Repeat. Every Monday through Friday.
But something was missing and I began feeling antsy, unfulfilled, and stuck somewhere I no longer wanted to be. The only cure for that feeling was to get out and see what else this big world has to offer! As a female solo traveler, my goal is always to immerse myself in another culture (safely!), make new friends, experience new things, and have the best time I possibly can. I’m writing this blog in hopes that sharing my adventures will inspire you to begin some of your own!
Traveling has made me happier, less stressed, and more confident in who I am, where I want to be, and where I’ll end up. Since 2013, I have been to places in the U.S., Europe, the Caribbean, and Central America. My journey is just beginning and now so can yours! Some people say you only live once (YOLO!), but I say you only die once and you live as long as you live. So why not live your life for YOU…preferably on a beach or mountain in another country? 🙂
